Why Do You Youtube?

Fun :D I personally do YouTube to make people happy, to help people with their self-esteem with my self-self videos and to create laughter through my comedy videos. I hope to make a real difference some day! :)
 
I was inspired by many Youtubers since Youtube was created and took off. My reasoning now is because people who are like me don't have many positive representation on the Internet or media for that matter. We just want to be a slice of positivity to the Minority LGBT community, LGBT Families, and young LGBT in general. Showing them that it IS possible to have a happy life, children and be married.

So many of us are being told that gay's can't raise sensible and well rounded children to be straight or whatever, and many young gays are starting to lose hope that what we've got isn't possible and if we can reach just a handful, we'll be satisfied.

My family is a unique one, one with a story worth being told.
 
i do youtube because not only is making videos fun and not only do i get to play with and make tons of new friends but i do youtube because one day i will be getting messages saying that i have helped people through their day by making them laugh at my videos and i will get opportunities to travel the world helping less fortunate people!
 
I actually started my channel as a way to overcome my lifelong Anxiety and Eating issues. I've always suffered with extreme social anxiety and have been underweight due to these issues so I wanted to sort of 'put myself out there' and force myself. I definitely see small improvements the more I upload and I'm hoping i'll continue to come out of my shell the more videos I record.

I organize my goals from petty, middle, aND high goals.

Like the ones we match are my high goals wanting to help others
Down to my petty goals LIke getting women lol

It helps me cuz some days you Just don't feel LIke making videos for ppl haha
 
I started making videos here and there in middle school, and my first few years of high school. I actually gave it up, simply because I didn't have any clue as to what I was doing.

I ended up switching schools after my sophomore year of high school, and spent that summer in an area where I had no friends Dx. So, I decided to pick up youtube again and make a honest effort into it. It really helped speed up that summer, and I kept with it ever since. It's now my biggest hobby, I actually gave up football and skateboarding. I even quit the skate team I rode for in my home town xD Might not have been a great idea if you look at my channel size, but I'm glad I did. YouTube is my biggest passion, and can't believe that I didn't start sooner!

So how and why did you get into youtube?
 
I actually started doing YouTube videos, thanks to my uncle, who filmed me doing a series he had made up for me. It's called "Callan Wills Soccer Skills" and had started back in 2009. Ever since then, I've been on and off. The reason I still create videos is to show my creativity and imagination. Simply to show others what I can do. If there is a collaboration that I think will work, I will take the opportunity, since I also like creating content with others as well.
