Well, I've always been interested in comedy, so YouTube seemed like the best place to start. I also love creating things, so it's a great outlet!

Comedy is a great source of laughter and happiness It sounds like you have a passion for what your doing and I agree youtube can be a great outlet exspecially for meeting new people and making new friendships

Thanks!

I've been fortunate that it only manifests itself as lack of motivation and not anything more serious, and it only really rears its ugly head during the winter time. I honestly had no idea I would ever have an issue with it until I moved from the Southern US to the Midwest. The lack of sun kicked it off.

I will say that I've let my upload schedule slip a little bit since I haven't been making let's plays, but there are a couple of games coming soon that I'll be posting videos for so I should be able to get back to several uploads a week.

Well I definitely liked what i saw on your youtube channel and I decided to subscribe I'm glad your depression isn't serious you seem like an awesome person but I understand lack of sun and winter times can be unbearable.

I do it because i have battled social anxiety all my life I want to hopefully inspire and make people happy I also would like to meet and make new friendships with like minded people.

I started my channel for a reason similar to yours. I was dealing with seasonal depression and decided to make videos as a way to combat it. It gave me something that I could get done in a short amount of time, and so it hit that reward response in the back of my brain that helped keep the lack of motivation to do anything at bay.

I have seasonal depression too... I find it helps to watch vlogs of sunny daytime .... so I post vlogs of sunny daytime too! If you ever want to talk more in depth about ways to help combat it, you let me know

The short story? I was bored.

The longer story? I was unhappy with doing the same things in life and decided it was time to do something different. It was after I made that decision that lots of other things in my life started changing, too. So I've always seen my channel as the centrepiece for this whole new chapter of my life.
I've been obsessed with useless trivia ever since I was a kid - my dad always used to know this crazy obscure knowledge about musicians and I always thought it was fascinating how he just retained that level of seemingly useless information. Now some of the happiest moments of my life come from sharing the cool stupid things I found out that week with other people and seeing them learn with me. It's remarkably rewarding!

I usually take St. John's Wort supplements to help combat it, though I recently got lucky while thrifting and found a Verilux VT15 HappyLight for $3 (instead of the $100 retail or $30+ used online). Both of those work like a charm when combined with making videos.

Thinking about it, thrifting can also be seen as a sort of "retail therapy" since I get excited when I find a nice score, and that happens relatively frequently. :D

I love health and fitness and wanted to simply be heard and help others. I feel like it's my true passion and along the way, I've helped some people and have some loyal subs for many years, which feels good to help in some way.

I like that idea it's not something you see on youtube everyday and it makes you stand out and have unique feel to your channel I have to go see what your channel is like because it sounds awesome!
