How did you start?

I'm fairly new to youtube so maybe I don't have a lot of anecdotes to tell but what appealed to me about it was the freedom. Freedom to express yourself, freedom to create unique content etc. In my case, like yours it is an outlet to try to overcome shyness. I aspire to one day get my music out there and I think youtube is a great community to get started and be a little bit more confident on my music skills. :)

I was mainly inspired by other YouTube, that were fairly small back then and decided to start my own YouTube channel back in 2012. I now decided to start up a new channel and take time and the experiences I have learned over the years and start over. Personally I have always been the person who likes to make people laugh and I like to reflect that in my up and coming content.

"Follow your dreams"
"We´re all stories in the end, just make it a good one"

It might sound scheming, but I am in for the money. Although, I do have a great passion for videos and film, after I finish my degree I don't want to work a 9-5 job, it honestly depresses me when I think about it! I wanna be able to entertain others and share my creations and make others around the world happy and inspire them to do something else than what society tells us. I always wanted to break the norm, because I feel like we all have the potential to do it if we work a little harder and smarter than our counterparts!

u gotta have money if u want to further yourself in the video making business

I do it because it gives me something productive to do. I was very shy when I did my first few videos. It really helps me from being shy. The more videos I do, the less shy I am becoming. It's helping me build my confidence. I also like to edit and just create different videos. I did not think that I would like doing something like this. But it's been a really fun hobby. I always look at my channel and am proud with all I've done. It's a big bonus when other people like the content as well.

I Youtube because I enjoy the fact that there are some people out there who enjoy the music that I make. It makes me happy to know that the piano covers of random video game and TV show songs that I make are (hopefully) being enjoyed by others. Knowing that I made at least one person's day a bit better, (or a bit more procastinated), gives me the motivation to keep going.
