Make sure to be yourself in your videos! Don't try going off and being someone else. Like, you want your subscribers to love you for you, not for someone else. I've seen multiple channels try to be like bigger YouTubers, heck, even commentate JUST like them! So the only advice I can give is be you, if your subscribers love you, you want them to love you FOR YOU, no one else.

Whatever that is. Singing, gaming videos, how-tos, you name it - if it's helping someone else live a more fulfilling life, you're doing a great job. The rest will fall in to place!

If you're starting out, write down or even record what it is that you are wanting to achieve, what do you want your channel to be? What image are you trying to portray about yourself? Why do you want to do youtube?
Always have it at hand so when you find yourself losing motivation you can look back at why you're doing it and start making improvements!
