Thumbnails are huge but don't over complicate them. Spend the extra hour or so to make your thumbnail perfect. You spent all that time editing your video so don't cut the thumbnail short!

There is a lot of time and patience to build a successful YouTube Channel But no matter how hard it gets even when you felt like you hit a brick wall, find a hammer and break it down YouTube is like a Full time job, and can be if you stick with it and Brand you a successful Channel! My advice is DON'T GIVE UP!!!! Keep Pushing, and all your hard work will pay off soon!!!

I just hit 1500 subscribers after being on YouTube for 2 months (18th Dec 15).
Most of the subscribers were from last week.
I was at 200 subscribers up til last week and shot up by 1300 subscribers within 1 week.
What helped me was good ole 'Reddit'. (thanks to some suggestions here).
Specifically my target audience reddit boards.

We all know that there are various means of getting subscribers. Some may work for others and not so much for you. Likewise the other way round. Some may be just a simple post here and there while other techniques may be a little more complicated (I've seen some on blogging, FB etc). But in order to know, we must first try it out. In order to try it out, we must be first aware of it. We are all here to learn and share and I am so thankful for this community.

There are many ways of getting subscribers and views but...
What is your No. 1 tip in getting most views and subs so far?
Please share.

Reddit has helped me the most, view wise. But just telling people about my channel has also helped me greatly as well.

According to YouTube, the amount of users grow by 40% each year keeping YouTube on the online video throne. YouTube has a billion users, and how do you get yourself noticed? You may be putting out great content but nobody knows about it. On my previous channel with 14,000 subscribers I realized that when I had a smaller channel I could always reply to all of the comments and really connecting to the audience giving them a sense of community. This gave me a major kickstart as they provided me with support, motivation and feedback. Three major factors in improving your channel. In return I took their advice and produced better content, creating a good creator to audience relationship.

Now that you've got that part down, the ball starts to roll, your audience will start sharing your content and since your videos get better over time, your watch time will also increase soaring your videos high up into the results ranking. This will generate recognition and your audience will start growing faster as time goes. Your channel will grow each step of the way from then on!

However, this formula will only work if your content is consistent and if you brand yourself right, two things that are much easier to do than this one. Lastly, NEVER GIVE UP! Although this will boost your channel like you've never seen, this does not happen over night, if you wanna grow on YouTube you better stay hustlin'.

Be enthusiastic! If you're not having fun playing the game, the audience isn't going to have fun.

Poor Attitude = No Subscribers/Views
