Be as consistent as you can be!

I would go a step further and make yourself be consistent down to the hour that you will be posting. I post my video every day at 3:00pm CST. Viewers love knowing exactly when they can find your next video![DOUBLEPOST=1421425013,1421424835][/DOUBLEPOST]

when someone gives you a nice comment, do your due diligence and reply with a thank you

Go a step further by thanking them and then asking a follow up question to keep the conversation going. Here would be an exampe:

Viewer: I love your videos
Your response: Thank you. Do you have a favorite video? or What part of this video did you love?

This will help to keep the conversation going and it also shows that you are engaged with your community.
