stay consistent with your content its a very simple concept but tons of people struggle with it including myself. if you quit theres a 100% chance that your channel will fail.
I am new so, don't have a lot of subs so I'm not relevant to advice anyone.
But however I think that the best tip is to keep videos dynamic and unpredictable so it holds people attention and they always expect something unexpected. Again it depends on the topic and theme....
Write a script (unless your video is just on the spot reactions or something). It doesn't have to be detailed, but it will keep you on the right path for the video you want to make.
After finishing a video, write one thing down that you think you can improve on and apply it to your next video. This ensures that there will always be something you can do better or something you can add that improves your overall content. There is always something you can do better and something you can learn, so don't limit yourself!
Don't be too hard on yourself, especially when you compare yourself or your channel to someone who is already more established. This quote describes my point best: Don't compare your beginning to someone else's middle or top.
Basically, we all got to do the same minimum amount of work to get somewhere. Forget perfectionism.
Don't do Sub4Sub. Views pay the bills, not inflated subscriber counts! If someone sub4subs to gain 1000 subs do you think they're gonna spend any time watching 1000 vids a day? NO WAY!
