Be active throughout YouTube, people will recognise your face and down-to-earthness and you will seem interesting before someone has even seen your channel :)

Take a few extra minutes to preview your video before rendering it out to make sure your audio is solid, all of your clips are cut right, etc. Keep an eye out for things that would increase or lower perceived quality/value.

Reply to this with a SINGLE YouTube tip. Anything that a YouTuber might find helpful. It can be an obvious tip or something a little more complicated. You don't have to agree with all tips posted. I thought it would be cool to have a whole thread of YouTube tips that are short and easy to read.

Here's my tip:
Change your profile picture to either a close up of you face or a your logo for your channel.
My tip is "Find something that's unique to you and work on it"

Even if being a YouTuber gets tough, you got to believe that you can do it. My biggest tip? Ignore the negatives. Getting your channel started, you will likely get dislikes and hate, its how it is. You have to focus on creating good content, and the positives like subs, likes, etc. If you focus on the negatives,it will hurt you very easily. Unfortunately, many people like to bring down new YouTubers,if you ignore the hate, very soon the haters will become lovers.

Organize your homepage. Too many times I go to youtube pages and the home page still has recent activities flowing down. This is a no no. You want people to be able to navigate your page easily so make it easy on them.
