Goals for 2016

My goal is to make better videos with much better quality, and finally invest more money and time in this hobby.
 
Ok so i started youtube just over 4 weeks ago and i have 15 video's and only 83 subs my goal for the year is to get 10,000 subs for 2016 i know i might be aiming hight it's every new video i bring out i get more views
 
Hey guys this my first YouTube resolution since I only been youtubing since November of 2015, but I'm very excited! My goal is to hit 1K subscribers by May 5th (my birthday!) That's my main goal my secondary goal is to just grow more knowledgeable on the whole youtube scene and learn as much as I can. My final goal is to be apart as many collabs with other channels and interact and make as many friends as possible. I don't mean just take any collab I mean fun genuine collabs with people I enjoy that also enjoy me, but other then that I just want to have fun. What's your 2016 youtube goals?
 
I like to breakdown my milestones into smaller pieces of gravel (bad pun), so I am going for the following by Feb!

1000 video views (Currently on 850)
25 subscribers (Currently on 15)
9 new uploads (3 a week)

I advise anyone, with whatever project, be it YT or otherwise, to shrink their goals as it gives such a nice feeling when they are achieved.
 
Hitting 1k subscribers is also my goal for 2016! I also want to end up on a regular upload schedule as I still haven't quite balanced YouTube, work, and home life just yet. But hey, I'm new so I have plenty of room to grow!
 
My goal for this year was to expose myself and get more active in the YouTube community - so far, so good! Looking forward to see what January's statistics are like when February rolls around.
