My original goal for 2015 was 50 when I started in August, and by the end of December I'd hit 100. So my goal for 2016 is going to be 500 (I prefer to set low goals, so if I hit them I can raise them, but if I don't hit the raised goal then I've still accomplished something anyway)

Personally, I'd love to hit 1000 subs by the end of the year - I've had some pretty amazing growth over the past month (for such a small channel) so I'd love that to increase exponentially, haha.
As far as view goals go - my Let's Plays bring in around 50-150 views, and my upcoming XCOM 2 viewer squad recruitment stuff has been a lot higher.
I'd love my XCOM 2 stuff to keep growing in popularity as the series progresses (if I can get more than 1000 views per episode, I'll be beaming) and my Let's Plays to at least hit the 500 mark. I'm keeping grounded, but obviously, more is merrier.

So far through the past few days i have gained 10 subscribers. My goal is 200 subscribers and i now have 198. 2 more subs! Its driving me mad! Have you guys ever experienced something like this before?

This happens with many channels, even my previous VLOG channel, it happened suddenly due to my popularity. It really drives me crazy too

Analytic-wise: 250 subs & 30,000 views.
In general: To entertain as many people as possible with my videos and grow the community. I created the channel with the goal to make someone's day a bit better by trying to be funny with my gaming videos and that is what I'm still striving for.
