Indeed. I've read everywhere that the first 100 subs are the hardest ones. After that it gets a little easier. (Not that I'm getting stressed anytime soon haha ^^)

2016 is nearly over, but I'm aiming for 30 subs by the time the clock strikes twelve o'clock midnight on December 31st.

I am working on two channels right now. One channel is in russian langauge about interesting facts, my goal is to get 500 000 views and 1000 subscribers by the end of the year. Right now it is around 20 000 views and 25 subscribers.
Another my channel is in my signature - cooking channel in English. My goal by the end of this year to get 500 subscribers and at least 200 000 views.

OF COURSE! There are people that can get like 10,000 subs in under a year. I personally have not reached a thousand subs, and I've been doing it for over a year, HOWEVER! You can still do it.
