I have almost 600 subs and my goal is 2K by the end of December. At almost 600 subs I would like to be getting 100 views per video, but we're not quite there yet. Baby steps!

My goal is to first get 100 subs which i hope ill get before the summer (i started this channel this week and i have 30 subs already). If i hit 100 subs before the summer then im looking to try and get between 500-1000 by the end of the year

I've Got It
I now have 6 subs and I would like to have 50 at the end of the year Plus, keeping up the videos! That last one is probably the most challenging

Hey guys. So I officially started my channel in December of 2015. Right now I'm at 94 subscribers.

I'm currently at 116 Subs My goals for this year are as follow
By or after E3 2016 (June 13-17): 140-150 Subs
By Tokyo Game Show (September 8-12): 170-180 subs
By Jump Festa (December): 190-200 subs
Those are my sub goals for the year.

I'm going to go crazy and say I'd be doing 2 videos a day, would like 5,000 subscribers by the end of the year and would like around 200,000 minutes watched.

I've decided to make my goal a number of videos rather than an amount of subscribers. I can't really control who subscribes but I can control the amount of quality videos that I upload. Plus my problem right now is just visibility. The more video people have o you the more they can watch of you once they subscribe.

My main goal for my youtube channel is to help people and give them an escape. So if that means doing crazy weird stuff I will do it just to put a smile or help some one. So with that being said Im more than a fourth of the way there and I'm so glad i came across this site.
