I bounce between Adobe Premiere Pro. and After Effects since they work so nicely together. If I have to edit or create sound on it's own then I'l use Audacity and Ableton Live Lite. By no means do I have the latest software, I'm still using Adobe CS5 since that does everything I need it to do.

We use Filmora and for anyone on a budget I could not recommend this software any more. It cost $50 for the software with lifetime updates. They also have a free version that has a watermark if you wanted to try it.

We started with Windows Movie Maker which is free and you can totally make a decent video with it but you will be limited in how far you can go with it. For small price of Filmora the amount of features it offers is incredible I think. I believe not many people really know about this software as I don't often hear it spoken about.

Curious if anyone else uses it and their thoughts.

I use Final Cut Pro 10 and love it! Still learning the keyboard shortcuts but so far so good for my travel vlogs.

I've been using Adobe Premiere for a while now but Cyberlink Powerdirector was great for Let's Plays
Hello fellow adobe brethren. Do you use After Effects at all? If you're a gaming channel then you're probably interested in creating some tasty motion graphics. In which case Give AE a try, it syncs with Premiere so nicely.

I have it and I'm starting to learn to use it. I'm sure it'll get used in one of my next two videos.
