Not a problem. I will sign my videos up for the revenue share program when it pops up. I did not read anywhere that you have to subscribe yourself. There is no difference between a view from a subscriber or a view from someone that watches an ad. Both will generate money, and a "RED Subscriber" view will possibly create more revenue depending on the amount of videos that person watches.
It will be interesting to see what happens to ad revenue. I don't rely on YouTube earnings, so I can look at it level headed.
