What does everyone use for editing?

I use Sony Vegas 13
And After Effects
Since I'm a GFX editor
But when it comes to basic editing
I recommend Sony Vegas

I love sony vegas pro 13. It's like the best program. Hope that i helped.
 
Movie maker... I make animations so editing isn't much. When I play games for a LP I plan on using it unless there is a better free alt.
 
I use Sony Vegas Pro 13, arguably the best editing software out there! I love it! You can basically do anything! It costs around $100, but you can get the cracked version which still has everything as the one that requires money. The problem is that it has a huge learning curb, and if you are not familiar with editing, it will be a nightmare, but if you are familiar with editing, Sony Vegas Pro 13 is a dream! I recommend you get it, it's the best editing software in my and many other's opinions. :)
 
Movie Maker, Camtasia...
I loved movie maker on XP but the other version suck due to the lack of a timeline.
Camtasia is good but I don't have money for it. Sometimes it's really slow too.
