I guess like some people, I currently use Sony Vegas Pro 13 along with Photoshop. Although there are better editing programs than Vegas, I think after you have used a program for so long, it's difficult to change.

Gimp + Davinci Resolve.
I was using it on my previous channels for free.
Now getting hand on ACDSEE pro and Corel Video Studio pro.

I use iMovie which does the job, its sometimes can get a bad wrap buts it actually a good software. And its free ofcourse if you have a mac :D

Hey guys and gals,
Just a quick question here: what does everyone use to edit their videos?
I'm curious to know- I use Final Cut Pro X, which I hear is like the marmite of the editing world, you either love it or you hate it (I obviously love it).

Cheers,
Chris
until I can afford all that fancy stuff, I'm using iMovie

I'm all over the place...lol.

What I use depends on the needs of the moment. If I need extended seamless looping combined with transparency overlays (I don't do face cam), I use Serif Movie Plus X6; If its just a quick and dirty throw together using previously created custom stock, it will be either Premiere Pro CC, DaVinci Resolve, or if I am really in a hurry old and deprecated Windows Live Movie Maker. If it is an experimental music video, I may use a combo of Magix Samplitude Pro X3 and Video Pro X5. I've garnered quite a software collection in my decade or so of creating on YouTube.
