I use Lightworks. I just found it included in top 20 free video editing blogs. I still haven't studied it yet but they said that it is a bit complex for newbies just like me. But they have lots of tutorial in their sites
 
So I searched for a good video editor for over a year and the best video editor is defenitely Wondershare Filmora Video Editor...it really is the best :bounce::bounce:
 
We use a combination of GIMP (for thumbnails and aspects of intro + end-slate graphics) and Blender for the actual editing. 100% free, lots of useful community plugins to help with all sorts of different things, and both applications can easily go toe-to-toe with the paid for rivals
 
Final Cut Pro X is amazing if you're a mac user! If you use windows or anything else, it's torture. It's like two different countries, as you were raised differently in the one you prefer.

I got the platinum, it was fairly cheap and so easy to use.
Does everything I would ever need and a whole lot more that I probs wont ever use.
