What does everyone use for editing?

I have been using HitFilm Pro Express (Free version) along with Adobe Aftereffects. I like both of them but I am always open to trying different software.
 
We use adobe premiere pro. It's a bit figuring out at first and you definately have to play around with it a bit before you really get the hang of things. I also followed an online video tutorial of adobe premiere that covers everything from editing to organising your media files. It's a great program!
 
What apps are good for editing on iPhone? I use splice right now which is working ok and for special effects videofx but that one has been terrible! It freezes up all the time and you loss everything.

I use Hitfilm 4 Express for video editing, Audacity for audio & GimpShop (Gimp+Photoshop looking plugin) for pictures. I used to use Windows Movie Maker for splitting up and trimming videos but have got much better at Hitfilm so now I don't use WMM.
 
I use Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro.

oh boy here we go:
audacity for audio fixing
adobe premeire elements when im in a class with better computers
moviemaker in classes (on school PCs)
sony vegas pro 14 at home for support for my older cameras
adobe after effects for any tracking related stuff
and finally what i use 70% of the time: Sony Vegas Pro 15 (came out a week or 2 ago)
(i brought vegas pro 15 adobe AE the rest my school was able to get for me)
 
I'm currently using Sony Vegas Pro 13, it has worked well for me, however I've experienced some glitches here and there, nothing that couldn't be solved with the help of a yt tutorial, overall, it seems ok.

15 has some glitches like my older camera (from like 2008) has messed up sound when i put it through vegas even though its fine
 
I use Adobe Premier Pro. It takes a bit of getting used to if you haven't used it before but there are loads of tutorials on YouTube to help you
