Hello guys, recently I've revamped some of my thumbnails to make look my channel cleaner and more eye-catching. Please leave some feedback on the look of my channel and if the video content has been improving. I appreciate this very much and will feedback back (lol).

i need to get away from my computer and stop hitting refresh to see if I have any more subs...though most the time I don't lol for those of u who have made it past the 100 subs club how long did it take you? And how are things now that you have past 100 subs? Are things moving fast, steady...

When someone subscribes to my channel, does the sub count on my channel increase by 1 as soon as it happens? or Is there a delay after the person subscribes till the counter increases? :P

Finally... It took me almost a month to reach 100 subs. It all started back at end of May this year when I got first boom with subs. Next boom was around 20. June with one viral clip. And now last days I get about 1-2 subs and today got them about 6 or 7 IDK, didn't really checked this...

I uploaded my first video yesterday and within 24 hours got a little over 400 views, 3 subs, 7 likes, 2 dislikes and 3 comments. I dont have really any experience to know if I should feel happy about these results or not :S How do you measure the success of a video you upload?
