I've been a big fan of the science channels lately, particulary VSauce and Veritasium, Minute physics, etc. I also like lbhorrorreview (Horrible Reviews) and Pittsburgh Dad. Other than that I do a lot of looking around for unknown talent, people who are good but not necessarily famous. I like making those discoveries every once in a while!
