How do you come up with your video ideas?

I don't write anything down, no scripts, no acting, very little planning but a whole lot of just getting stuck in and actually doing it. A lot of the time people often talk too much and waste time when they could have been working on the actual project. Yes, sometimes planning is needed especially if you are making an amateur movie and you want it to be as refined as possible, but writing a script for a 10 minute vlog video just sounds cheap to me. If you can't talk to your YouTube audience without writing down notes then you shouldn't bother because it only looks fake and forced in my opinion. I usually get my inspiration from just actually seeing what works and what doesn't and that comes from experience, for example, whilst in the middle of my latest video I had an idea to create a whole new scene, a scene which turned out to be the highlight of the video. If it wasn't for me experimenting with different scenarios on the fly, I probably wouldn't have come up with the ideas that I did. My advice, just let your ideas flow naturally and don't force them.

For me, over time, when im just on the internet or on youtube looking, watching videos, I get inspried to record videos at the time, but im not sure what kind of video ill record. Its just a spontanious feeling for me when new videos come in my head. It just takes a little imagination to think it all through.

I usually just start thinking about something, then realise that I could make a video about it. I have a list where I write down all my ideas, then each time I make a video I pick the one that I most want to do off the list.

Exactly. My ideas just come from being outside. I try to go out everyday just to keep my brain working
Ideas just come to me throughout the day. Sometimes I can think of an idea for a video on the spot and develop it further and others might take longer and need some more planning. I've always been pretty good at improvisation and I'm very creative and imaginative so coming up with ideas isn't a very big problem. Trying to show it in the video is the difficult bit

Well, I choose some media for the month and watch/play/listen, however the jokes come about just through the writing and recording process. Often though, I will record small scenes but then not use them if I feel they take away from the video as a whole.

I juggle. When I learn a new cool trick, or finally be able to do x number of balls, rings or clubs, I'll include that in my video. For example I've been including a lot of 7 ball footage recently since I've just learned that and am proud of it! :)

I'm working on 8 balls and am thinking of uploading some videos sooner or later about all the steps I am going through ;)

I just think about what I'm doing in the line of videos I have to do then from that I then go into what ever I'm doing and from that I then make the video and post it.
