Hot Topic ** YouTube reduces sub counts ** (all discussion goes here)

I don't want to be that guy, but it is so funny seeing the same people who have said over and over again that sub counts do not matter on this forum complaining here and making a big deal over pretty much nothing. Youtube does this, levels out the field so we all know how many we really have. Seriously if subs matter that much to you then go sub for sub and quickly make them back up. They haven't kicked out your best subs or most active, just your inactive one who actually harm you when it comes to search. I can't believe it has created such a big fuss.

Why can't we all just sit back and laugh at the big Youtubers who have lost hundreds of thousands?

To be honest, YouTube has an automated system that removes subscriptions that either have not checked out your channel at all, watching any of your videos, or participated in any comments on your videos. I personally believe this is a way of YouTube trying to remove the inconstancies of SUB4SUB and the idealisms of fake subscriptions by creating multiple channels under one name and subscribing to the main channel. Perhaps they're also removing channels that just don't use YouTube anymore.

A lot of people have moved to different platforms to record their videos, and I personally believe once streaming becomes a very stable and more reliable platform than recording a video and posting it, YouTube will probably be a thing of the past, it's really only a matter of time. But, in case it dose not.. I would highly suggest anyone who is doing SUB4SUB or asking for Botted Subs to stop, because Google is now on the look out.

This is meant for us to have a better realization of our subscriber count. I'm cool with it.

So YouTube ****** up again they ruined everyone sub counts. I personally went from 177 subs to 166 in under 10 minutes.

What qualifys as "inactive" to YouTube? My channel is only 5 months old how can anyone on there be "inactive"
News around the block is youtube was hacked and the time turned back
