3 Seconds and under is good. Anything longer and you'll start to get drop off. The real test is compare videos you have without an intro and the ones with and see what the audience retention is.
 
To be honest, when I see a video with an intro I would skip it until I see the actual video. If I must have an intro, I'd do it 3 seconds long or even 5 seconds (that's pushing it). Here's another alternative I've seen out there: Show a preview of the best part of the video at the beginning. That way you get the viewers curiosity going from the get go.

I personally just recently did a lot more research and have been more active on youtube, and I never did intros before, but will start creating short ones because I think they make the videos look better!! I think your intro for your pets is cute!
 
Sometimes i don't know if i should put the intro or not!
I think i have a good intro but as i see in the Analytics a lot of people go out...
Maybe any advice's?
 
I think you should at least try it out and then decide. If you are not feeling it then you can stop using it. Make sure it looks good and is what you want before you experiment. Good luck and happy creating!
