My drops offs are just gradual on all my videos, so I hadn't seen any sudden drops and misread the graph ^_^ lol

So today I woke up and found that many people had disliked my video. I dont want to sound like a wuss or something but I guess it kinda upset me (haters gona hate). I dont know the reason for this hate as everything in the video seems to be ok... i think anyways. Do you guys know what i should do with this or just leave leave it alone and continue with my videos. To be honest the only reason why im concerned is because its my most popular video and i just cant find whats wrong with the video

Any help or advice, thank you :)

Embrace the dislikes! Yes it might hurt your feelings but in YouTube's algorithm a like and dislike are the same, they both are classed as "1 point" when it comes to interaction, so in theory actually help your video in terms of SEO.

Seriously, dislikes are also a good thing. It means that your video is getting attention and of course, views!

You know what they say, there's no such things as bad press.

But I could be wrong though :D

Don't sweat it. Not everyone is going to like your material.
You just have to keep making videos that YOU love - and that in-turn will have like-minded people come to like what you made

You are optimistic even in the darkest moments. I like that :D

Someone is about to break out into 'All You Need is Love' here... hehe. Somewhere between that and 'Haters gonna hate' seems the mindset needed for Youtube.

Despite some haters swearing at me and some random sexist (or just plain odd) comments I've been getting, my subscribers are slowly increasing - so I must be doing something right.

I had expected making videos which included talking about Deadpool, Star Wars etc would get some some of the crazies who give geeks a bad name to come out and play... but not until it was a way bigger channel. I guess this just shows how fairly the YT algorithm works that some people are seeing my stuff already.

Also interesting that dislikes help SEO... I had assumed it hurt it, but as people use it for opinion not quality control that makes sense... thanks! :)

Hey, as long as you're getting the views you deserve, it's all good. I liked your opinions on your Deadpool video, don't know why they would dislike your opinions. Free speech and love, biatches.
