I would say start with your friends and family and make sure you are doing everything in your power (within reason :p) to promote your videos. Post to facebook, twitter, reddit, whatever you feel like. Just make sure to use relevant and popular tags in your posts to increase your chances of being noticed, and you will hit 100 subs in no time :)

It's like going to bank and asking for a million dollar loan with no job.

There's no promise that you'll deliver anything if you have zero subs and zero videos and you're a nobody. So there's no incentive or reason for anyone to subscribe for that But if you can deliver 10 decent videos to let people know what your about then they'd see your serious and sign on, if they are interested, it starts to go up

Oh yea and seo, tags and yada yada

Hello best friend,

I heard that getting your first 100 subscriber on YouTube is the hardest part to get.So do you agree with this topic??If you than why??.....let me know your opinion about this topic via comment section (Join the poll)

Thanks a lot :)

Hello again @Rafij Rahman Rohan ! Nice to talk with you again.

It depends on my point of view because you need to know the right way to do it start by adding in your tags and ascertaining through collabs or pages advertisement that will get you far. But as always your content needs to be good quality and something people will watch otherwise why is it on YouTube?...

I have done absolutely everything I can think of. I even linked my channel from a really successful video on my old channel. That video gets like 500 views a day and it's getting close to 400k. Still... did absolutely nothing at all. Is my stuff really that bad? :(.

It's tough...

I think it depends on your topics as well. Our channel for example is a daily snap shot of our lives. In seriousness unless your Casey Neistat and can spend the day running around doing whatever to make great content you can limited as to what you publish based on the fact many of us have day time jobs. That being said its also perspective. We've been at this almost a month and hit 20 subs, others publish their first video and hit 20 subs. Enjoy the process, continue to work on improving every video and let the views and subs come in on their own.

Making it to 100subs puts you in the top 10% of YouTube channels I read some where because there are that many channels and not many create content compared to how many channels there actually are so above 1000subs must put you a few percent higher.

Yes, it is hard, your a nobody, and nobody knows or cares about you, but once you put yourself out there with videos you slowly and slowly get notices, exponentially getting bigger
