What schedule do you have to upload daily?

I always produce one video ahead, my schedule is one video on a Wednesday, one at a Saturday. I always upload between 19:00-20:00 so that my American audience (I'm in Germany) can see it in the first 12 hours of publishing.

Sorry, just a quick question, I'm just curious about this algorithm and how people think it works.

Does it really help your views (and even subs) when you upload videos daily?

Are there any measures that you take to make sure that your videos are uploaded daily and do you use anything to help you keep track of it all?
