Streaming on Twitch to help your channel?

Streaming on twitch, or youtube is amazing for your channel... kinda

I don't stream that much, because knowing me I'll screw up. Like say something somewhat offensive, type my password in the chat, or say private information, lol.

But streaming in my eyes can make you and your subscribers connect. Like if they have questions for you, its easier to answer, and you can interact with viewers.

But growing wise, it's not the best way to grow, sure a few people can check out your channel, but mostly it benefits by connecting with you subs, and fans

I would try streaming, tweet it out, or tell your subs on a certain date you'll be streaming. If you recognize subs in the chat, that's good. And if you see people sub to you during streaming, that's good. But if you don't like it, or you don't see much change I would either stop, or do it like every 2-4 weeks.
