London as a whole is pretty nice (mostly speaking) but don't move to the City of London unless you're okay with being around literally a billion people all the time ever. Key distinction, just thought I'd throw that out there

I wouldn't want to move to a big city. Although I'm sure I'd get used to it soon enough, big cities scare me and I'd rather stay in a small village in the countryside. I might think about moving to a small village closer to London, though.

I'm in Birmingham, UK.
I would love to move out to one of those locations, but I don't really think it's necessary.
