If your channel blew up, would you move to LA or NY?

While it would be cool to live in LA or NYC for all of the opportunities, I think if (hopefully, when!) my channel gets big, I'll stay where I'm at. I live near Seattle anyway, so if I want "city opportunities" I'm always close by. I would really love to travel, though, so I can always visit these places often instead of actually living there!
 
If my channel got that big I would first get involved in as many opportunities and build my brand in the UK (I'm in London).

But I would love to move to LA for a bit and see what I could make happen. It's hot and there seems to be a big creative scene over there.

But what is the YouTube scene in London? Maybe I don't watch the channels. KSI, zoella and all the gaming channels..
 
I'm probably going to end up moving to LA before I even get big. The resources in New Jersey are slim to create the kind of content I want to create. Why let the ideas go to waste?
 
I would move to New York, because I have been there twice and I love it there, but that would´t stop me to travel every once in a while to LA and do some stuff!
 
Define blow up... if over night I had a couple million subs, pulling mad stacks every month, then yea, it would be a possibility. But let's be real, it would have to be enough to cover travel, rent, utilities ect for a while.
And that's all If the old ball and chain let's me ;)
 
Big city life isn't all it's cracked up to be. I'm from London and having lived in the country for 8 years, I can totally see the appeal and the convenience - but it's so expensive!

If I had no financial qualms and would be able to take my best friend with me, I'd love to live Stateside for at least a year or so. I want to move to LA, she wants New York - but both are amazing as far as collaborations are concerned, so I'm sure we'd find middle ground somewhere!
 
I wouldn't move countries, I'd move to a quieter area with good internet since my house is on the main road I get people racing up and down at night. Being near the beach would be nice or just moving back to my home country Mauritius.
