well i still have treouble making ideas because all my ideas require high tec eqipment
How do you come up with your video ideas?

My ideas come from working at boring factory jobs. When i was waiting for parts to come by to be painted my mind would just wonder. Even now that i don't work at a factory it still does the same thing. I could go into to work and leave with a full song laid out in my head or a funny skit idea which i would just come up with. Sometimes i wish there was an off button..lol

Honestly for me I just think about the stuff I am interested in, such a science and gardening.
Gardening does pretty much fall under the category of science in so many ways but science is such a broad category that you could pretty much never run out of things to talk out.
Even if your interested in something you don't know about you can always Google it, however make sure the site you get your information on is credible and you should either in your video or in the space where you write what your video is about, give them credit and a link to their site. People not only will respect you but also be more interested because once they watch your video they may want to learn more and what better place to start then where you yourself got the information from.
Also I don't copy other peoples videos however I am very, VERY inspired by hankschannel, vlogbrothers and scishow. They are all by the same people pretty much, Hank Green is in all of them and his brother John Green is in vlogbrothers and sometimes hankschannel.
Those are the channels where sometimes I get my ideas from.
Anyways there's my little contribution, hope you all enjoyed it.

Lol i've been collecting ideas for videos on my ipod's notepad for over a year and a half! I write down video ideas when i get them, however it's another thing if i remember what i was thinking for the video once i get to it usually months later! Then if i'm stuck for video ideas i go through this 200-idea list and choose one that would be a good idea! I don't honestly even think of ideas when i'm in the shower or toilet lol, just as the course of the day goes i would start talking about something random or just start thinking and i'd be like talking to someone and mid-conversation i'd be like 'OOH! THAT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA FOR A VIDEO!!" And then i would add it to my list! Haha yeah that's how i get my ideas! Hope this helped! Also, you guys should check out my channel! I think about some ideas in my head. I go to YouTube and see what other people upload videos about, this gives me a better idea about what I should do my videos about.

I come up with the ideas when :
*I'm in toilet
*I'm in school, not listening to teacher
*I'm outside
And i write to ideas to a paper.
I always carry a piece of paper around me.

Most of the time, I get my ideas on a random moment, and when I'm lucky enough to remember it, I write it down (most of the time I just forget my ideas...).
Most of the time the problem is that I can't use that idea because of equipment I don't have, not the right place to film in the neighbourhood,...
The most important thing in my opinion is inspiration, being inspired by something that gives you a fantastic idea like a game, a movie,... The most important thing - in my opinion - is to entertain, not to be original (I red this somewhere, but don't remember where), althought it's always better to be original AND to entertain

Some I come up with on the fly, some I actually plan out to create an effect that I'd like to watch myself. One disappointing one was the super moon time lapse I did; it was not so super, but I still caught the moon moving. I'm surprised more people haven't watched my first couple doggy GoPro videos, those I planned a little bit ahead for to get the right angles.
