How do you come up with your video ideas?

I usually just come up with some but what I have been doing is listening to the free music in youtube and figure out a good video that would go with the music =) I have a few I am working on
 
For our arcade gameplay videos, we scanned every single game in an arcade we visited to see what is the best game to record and play.
 
We basically look at what is coming out in the Tech & Gadget secter and see if we can get our hands on it and review it. Usually takes us a day to play around with the item, another day of writing a script and shooting it. Followed by a 3rd day of editing the video and insuring its uploaded to YouTube and distributed correctly on social media. Ideally we need to get this process down to two days, but sometimes we are just too dedicated to providing to much information in the videos.
 
what i do is set a timer for two minutes and think when the timer goes off you will have your idea. you might not at first but you need to train like this.
 
I would just tend to think of stuff, whilst doing other stuff in everyday life. Usually, i tend to wonder things and then I get the influence.
 
For me I kinda wait it out since my mind kinda runs around all day anyway so when I think of something I've got my handy notepad nearby where I can jot down ideas otherwise I'd forget them too easily. Probably most of my ideas just come from observing things that happen around me which is easy since I have a quiet personality.
 
I never really know when a video idea pops into my head, so i make a habit of writing a quick note on my phone whenever on does. Its amazing how many ideas i get when i'm not trying to think of video ideas.lol
