How do I get better at commentating while recording!!??

I work better talking to friends but every once in a while I try to make some Solo commentary videos. It still feels a little weird talking to myself but if you practice even when your not recording and just kinda playing by yourself. Just try narrating what's going on and you kinda get past the awkwardness of it. I'm by no means any expert but I have become a lot more comfortable.
