I do Youtube because I love watching the popular Youtubers and their own content and I'd like to be like that one day. I'd love to have fans that feel the same way I do about other Youtubers, but towards me. I do it because I find enjoyment in making humorous content and editing it to make it funnier. I do it because I love to make people laugh and hear feedback on my videos. I was pretty shy and antisocial at one point (Still am xD) but Youtube has helped increase my sociability by putting myself out there in front of as many people as I can and seeing if I can make everyone's day better than it was before they clicked on my video.

It's just a great hobby and passion of mine c:

Theres only a couple of things that made me start youtube, thats excitement, watching someone comment, someone like, someone subscribe, solely because they like the content you make, fills me with excitement, wanting more subscribers to talk to, to communicate with, having people who know nothing about you or your life watch your videos to fulfil there own happiness is what its about, even if i have zero subs id still make videos for the simple reason is, it takes me to a place nothing or no one can, letting your brain create, wanting to better myself with every video......... thats why i started youtube:happy:

This question has been asked several times on the forum and I would like to explain my answer in a little bit of detail:

Youtube has changed me. Before I began my channel early this year, I was an extremely camera shy person with a big inferiority complex. I was convinced to do this by another Youtuber who makes really good vlogs and is extremely comfortable in front of the camera. Being a Youtube personality really appealed to me and I wanted to give it a try not so much to be rich or famous, but to conquer my insecurities.

It was a big step for me because I didn’t quite know how to begin. I had a camera and a hobby but my biggest problem was, and sometimes still is, how to avoid getting tongue tied when the red light is blinking. My first few videos were awful. So awful that they never made it onto my Youtube channel. The first few videos that I did upload are better but still not great.

As I filmed more and more, the videos got better but I concede they still could use improvement. My very first uploaded video, which is my Homemade Doughnuts was the scariest because I filmed the first part of it in a public place (the gym) with a bunch of people, some I knew, others I didn’t standing around watching me. I planned it out a week in advance and even remembered a brief script in my head. I would recite the script out loud in my car while driving everyday until I got it right. It was a success. It was a huge step in overcoming the awkwardness we all feel about filming in public. I still go back and watch that video because I believe it was a turning point for me.

The biggest change is that the camera shyness is completely gone. In fact, I now love being in front of the camera and willing to do things I would never consider doing in the past such as dancing, wearing NO makeup, and acting like a clown. I can’t see myself not doing this because I’m really having so much fun now.

That is why I Youtube

I always wanted to become a youtuber since i was about 10 years old. I saw all these famous youtubers and thought they were funny and cool. I also found out about all the great things they are doing, like raising $1,000,000,000 for charity and so on. I looked up to them as role models and wanted to be just like them. So I decided that when I'm old enough and able to afford all the equipment, I'll become a youtuber. And here I am. Thats basically my story. Hope you enjoyed it and hopefully inspired you. :)

I do YouTube to teach and help people with YouTube and gaming. i do gaming glitches and tutorials. i also do tutorials like how to make thumbnails.
i do this because when i started on YouTube there really wasn't anyone who did this kind of stuff and i didn't know where to start. so i help channels who
just started and help them with anything they need to get started. :)

The reason I do Youtube is because i am very passionate about Photography and filming and I studied it at school and once the course was over I had no reason to take photos or pick up the camera but Youtube gave me reason to, also its like a diary inwhich I can look back on in years time and I like to make people smile

I do Youtube because it motivates me. Yeah, I started my youtube channel like 2 weeks ago and I only have like 3 videos? But it feels incredibly good. When I am in the process of making those videos, it feels hard and never ending, but when I finish the filming, editing and everything is combined together. The sense of satisfaction, pleasure and happiness I get is unbelievable. When I finish uploading the video and I read through my friend's comments, all of them praising my videos. It feels like I actually entertained my friends. I worked hard and I impressed them.

Now don't get me wrong on this one. I am not looking for the attention of my friends. It is just the satisfaction of entertaining someone. When I see someone laugh at a joke I made, or smile at a clip I provide. That smile equals the world to me.

Of course, Youtube taught and is still teaching me a lot of stuff. I mean, I never knew a lot of stuff until I started Youtube, and I am like what? 2 weeks on Youtube? I am already feeling incredibly happy and motivated.

This is why I Youtube, and I really do not want to imagine how boring and empty my life would still have been if it did not have Youtube in the middle of it. In fact, Youtube was always a part of it. It was just the fact that I was scrolling up and down that homepage, hoping to see that glorious video that will suddenly strike that entertainment in me, but it sometimes didn't show up, and sometimes was not enough. This might be aswell one of the reasons why I Youtube.

Number one reason was that I liked filming and editing clips. Also on youtube are tons of creative video's on make up, DIY and all other sorts of things. I really wanted to make those kind of video's too so that another reason. I'm still practicing talking in front of a camera.

I always feel awkward doing that[DOUBLEPOST=1453744404,1453743783][/DOUBLEPOST]
