Are there any good FREE video editing softwares around? I'm using OBS to record and VSDC to edit but I'm wondering if there are any better recording and editing softwares around that are also free?

For basic stuff like cuts and text I use "Movie Maker" though if I want to add green screen effects I use Shot Cut. Both are free

I use Adobe Premiere Pro, found it very good at doing everything I need and I use Adobe Photoshop to make my thumbnails.

I've been using Adobe Premiere for years and now im using Final Cut Pro x. (and still using Premiere too)
i found that FCPX was faster than Premiere for playing 4K footages.

Welcome!
because FCPX is so optimized for Apple Computer compared to Premiere which can be heavy for big project.
