with 2 weeks to go I don't think I'm going to hit my goals

100k views at 78k
make a video that hits 50 k views in a year best is 27k

but am I'm happy , yes I love what i do and bring on next year

nope. my goal was to get 1000 subs by the end of 2015. started may 2015 and I am stuck at 142 subs.

I am totally okay with whatever I have at the end of this year. I just started working on my channel seriously in June 2015.

I know I didn't reach my goals for this year, but I will in 2016!

I went back to the old goals thread from last December, and found I set several goals:

"By the end of 2015 we want to have:
500,000 subs
400 million views"

"...we need to really push to get there. Set your goals high!"

We made both of these goals! As of today we have over 623,000 subs and 621 million views! So we crushed it this year!

By late August 2015 I set an even tougher goal:
"I'd love to string together a straight week of 2 million views per day. We've had spikes before but never a full week!"

We came really close just this week! We had five consecutive days of 2 million views or more. So I'll have to reset that goal for 2016.
