I don`t think anyone here has read the contract I just read the current one (got it a few minutes ago)

And lets go over the basic terms and stuffs

First of all it`s really unclear and looks like it was written by a 6 yr old , there`s spelling mistakes everywhere!!

So from the contract here`s what it states :

- You get locked in for 2 years.
- You get paid out after reaching the 100$ threshold
- They provide you with customer support (supposedly)
- 70% Net Revenue (They say in small print sales-team wages will be taken from this [15%])
- They don`t protect you against in-valid clicks :|
- They own any other channels you make during the 2 years (so no signing up with a channel for the hell of it)
- You have to be at least 13 and if under 18, have parents permission
- If they loose any payments they arn`t viable ....
- The contract has no NDA so I could just paste it all here....
- They may terminate this contract with you without any consent if they so wish...

lol.. worst network ever.....
 
.... I claimed a video at my channel thinking that I would be able to unclaimed... would that effect my channel? Should I delete it before something happens? -_-

Edit: Could I create another channel and re-upload my videos to the new channel and delete them from the old one? I really want to leave this s****y Network but I don't want to loose everything...

I deleted the video just in case, re-uploading it again. xD

From all of the networks I've heard of they do seem like the worse.They're YouTube page is so inviting and fun looking. I guess they're trying to suck in as many kids who beg their mothers to let them do it.

Do you know if I could leave the network? I heard that I have 30 days to leave the Network if I want to but how am I suppose to contact them?

There is no 30 days leave once signed. You're in the agreement for 2 years.

contacting them is nearly impossible. Look at their Facebook page... Awful lot of angry people trying to contact them there.

I just created a new YouTube Channel. Still don't know on what language I should focus on... oh, and the hell with ATV! Thanks for the help. :p
