Does it not specify in the contract oh right you didn't read it don't worry do you know their support or contact email and even then unless you or them breach the contract or violate the terms of use and agreement I don't think you have any option other then to seek a lawyer or something to that effect unless anyone else has a better idea.

s**t! Let's say I lost my YouTube channel since I can't do jack s**t with it now that I'm on this shittie a** contract. Might as well another Channel. I now know to next time read the contract before joining a network... :/

I would wait until Shane or someone else with more experience is this matter confirms what I said before you do anything hasty.
 
There's no proof anyone is scamming. The "scam" word should be dropped unless there is proof that a partner has earned over $100 and hasn't been paid after the date they are supposed to send it out within. They aren't a recommended Network that's for sure but scamming is really going over the top when all the people complaining are earning cents in revenue.

@OP Sorry you made a really bad mistake not even reading the agreement and agreeing to it.
