Shane.Vultra - That`s exactly what the partnership system was for.... For people who worked hard at content and therefore got access to features to boost their growth, I`m not saying being a non-partner is bad as everyone has to start somewhere... but partnership was for those few who really pushed the boundaries....

Does it not also say you have to be 18 sign it as I don't think they allow parental permission?
