Hey there is still a high stranded maybe in some cases but not all of them and you dont have to be big or have a large channel to have the potential nay the content to inspire joy and entertainment and much more into the hearts of people who watch them and if they have 50 views yeah you're dam right they do deserve to get partnered maybe not all of them but they might have great content just not a big following so you can take you're words and shove them where the sun down shine Shane no offense;)

Nooooo, the whole point of partnership was something you had to earn, something you had to put in the work to earn....

I understand that but what you typed did not sound anything like that maybe you should double check what you type next time and non-partners put the effort in as well and deserve more then what they get now I mean you make it sound like being on youtube falls into two categories the poor and rich people in a sense the poor being the non-partners and rich being the partners (full) who should get all the benefits and the credit I mean if that is how you think maybe not word for word but I am even close then I don't think youtube which is built or should be around a fair equal and diverse and a amazing community is for you I think you should look elsewhere;).

That`s exactly what the partnership system was for.... For people who worked hard at content and therefore got access to features to boost their growth, I`m not saying being a non-partner is bad as everyone has to start somewhere... but partnership was for those few who really pushed the boundaries....

What and non-partners don't or do not? I think more then just a few do that even non-partners so I don't know where you got that from;).
