Does it not also say you have to be 18 sign it as I don't think they allow parental permission?

At the contract their is a check box that says "By clicking this box, I verify that I am a parent or legal guardian of Your Name."
"By signing my name below, I verify that I have read this agreement, and agree, on behalf of Your Name, to the terms stated in this binding contract." I guess that's it.

I understand I am just trying to help the guy out you should always read the contract before signing it like you should always read the small print I read my contract 2-3 times before signing it just in case.

Well that makes sense this is illogical you should thought this through more before signing it and does not even matter as banners and that will made available to everybody soon anyway.
