They work of a rev-share so they shouldn`t be quoting CPMs anyway and either should you, It`s a bad business tactic and could result in a law suit.
You're right. But as a professional network (just like vultra), when someone ask me for it, I answer the truth and I don't lie (just like some other networks that I wont list). It is fully understandable that I shouldn't, and I agree.
