There`s 2 networks, QuizGroupAggregator and Iricom, they have alot of sub-networks 90% of which are run by kids, similarities are :
- The kids have no idea about running a network or about legal stuffs
- They pay 30-50% of a 1-2$ CPM
- They lock you in for 2-8 years
- They have a 500$ payout threshold
- They close down within a month or so after they realize how much work is needed

Iricom hasn`t paid out any partners in close to 5 months and for 3 of those wasn`t even replying to their networks
QuizGroup will not release you if the network you`re in close (personal experience)
Even though the age limit to be a content aggregator is at least 16+ there`s alot of 13 yr olds running networks...
 
I think we can all agree that this network is at fault for partnering channels with no requirements, but people are at fault too because clearly they seem to think once you join a network you get some sort of wage, and don't understand the CPM...
