I have been away from YouTube for a couple of years. I just recently made a parody video, thought it would be funny although I'm a little late to the game on the whole Drake thing. I just wanted someone to take a look and tell me if you think it's good/funny and what I can improve on on my channel (although most of the stuff on it is a little old)
I will GLADLY check out your channel and give feedback if you would like [Edited by Staff]. :D

Thank you in advance![DOUBLEPOST=1447615437,1447607078][/DOUBLEPOST]Anyone? lol :D[DOUBLEPOST=1447623723][/DOUBLEPOST]Any help will be GREATLY appreciated. <3
I get what you were trying to do but I didn't find it funny to say the least.

Maybe that's where I went wrong. I made it because I thought it was funny. but I also think that if I am not happy with it, it has no business being on my channel. I DO get how people wouldn't see the humor in it, though. He has NOTHING to do with me, he's some random guy from a commercial no one probably knows... I get it. I tried :( lol
Thanks for your honesty! :)

If I see a channel with 1 video from a couple of days ago and a couple from over a year ago, I tend to think that I shouldn't stick around, just because there's no guarantee that I'll get some new content from that person. I think you want to do comedy, and that's fantastic! There are so many similar channels around these days that someone doing original comedy would be a welcome change.

The cups video was a bit sloppy, but the thing that turned me away from it was the apologetic description. If you're afraid that people are going to not like your video, don't give them any fuel for that by telling them what's wrong with your video in the description. Goodness knows, commenters are able to tell you what they find fault with right away without your help, LOL.

You seem like you have some ideas, but something is holding you back. The flashlight video...interesting idea (there's the idea...you have a MIND BLOWING thing to say, and then it's just this weird thing..that can be funny, but you need to go over-the-top with it, you know?). Just go out there! Be weird! Be bold! DOOOO IIIIIT!!! :) :)

I'd say just make stuff. Make as much as you can and upload it and let the channel grow in terms of content first. One or two videos won't hold viewer's attention, but a whole lot of videos, even if you're not entirely sure if they're great, will at least get you views and feedback.

Hey thank you so much for taking the time to visit my channel! :D
hahaha I get your point. The cups video was ACTUALLY from 2 years ago too. I just shortened it yesterday... It used to be 7 minutes long. It had a long boring speech in front of it. So I fixed it. I actually did have a video up- it was a parody of Hotline bling and I put it to the TWC commercial with the guy dancing with his phone, YouTube took it down- I guess they didn't think it was a parody lol Either way it seemed as if I was the only one finding it funny anyway. :p
I do want to get back into it- last time I gave up because I found it hard coming up with new things, and being afraid I wasn't good enough- also I was living at home and didn't want my parents barging in so that kinda kept me from doing it too :\ I do have some ideas, I just need to get a memory card because I lost mine haha

I put that description because I felt like people might tell me over and over how horrible the quality is- as if I didn't already know. Ya know? But I can see how that could turn people away. I should be more confident and not care. (I mean care, but not too much!)

Thanks- and yeah, like I said- I tend to be afraid of what people think of me, and I don't want to come off as "trying too hard" when really I am that weird... thanks for encouraging my wierdness!! :D

It's just like auditions I guess. If I don't go to them, I never stood at least a bit of a chance. Thank you very very much. I really appreciate it, and you kind of made me feel like it's worth putting my time into and nothing is ever going to be perfect, but who cares? :D

I kind of enjoyed the cups parody video. I think if you just keep making videos, people will notice in time....Or maybe that's the problem my channel is having? Don't really know...
