I made a little spreadsheet featuring these sites, some sites I found on my own and some sites featuring stuff other than music (read: image sites).

It also features an article on how to interpret various CC-licences, though that's posted in the official YouTube Creators forum (the one you probably view as the evil one )

If you want people to use your music, you should make it very clear that you allow people to use it, ie by using creative commons licences.
