Congrats on 20+ subs. Those are the hardest ones!
A few thoughts/tips
- Thumbnails are a good start; could be cleaner with closer crops on key subjects, less words.
- A consistent logo/branding on thumbnails would help, too. The red-glowing numbers are almost enough, but will those be on every video?
- Your multiplayer videos are more engaging because you're a little more vocal and energetic. Try to talk more in the solo play-throughs and speak directly to the video audience - let people know you're thinking about them and crafting the experience for your YT audience.
- You're consistently putting up videos - good! And a good range.
- The titles and tags aren't particularly unique or engaging. Try to think of more creative angles or intriguing questions to pose for each video.
