talking about de-monetisation again, I just thought it was funny that not only did youtube add a random live stream video to my channel that never happened and was 0 seconds long. but they also put limited ads on it, all without my permission.

Needless to say I've deleted the "video" now, even though you couldn't actually watch or have access to it... weird.

Wow, you got some crazy views!

I find it weird that if you start a second channel under the same account you still need to reach 10k views before monetizing the second channel. Or is there a way around that?

I don't wanna open new topic, so I just have one quick question; did I get my partnership back?

note:
i haven't 10k views yet,
but this channel had partner before the new rule
it's can be because that?

I created my YouTube channel two years ago Before they changed the rules, you still have to have 10,000 views before you put the ads on your video you need to creat an ad sense account after you reach 10,000 views

That is indeed your problem. All prior monetization of channels under 10k views has been cancelled. So at this point, you have no monetization and thus will receive no revenue, even if you are a partner and have an Adsense account. You will have to wait until you hit the 10K views and reapply for monetization.
