Hey there!
Welcome to YTtalk and the Youtube community, congratulations on starting your channel, I hope it's something you continue to enjoy.
I have a gaming channel as well and though I've not been constantly active or grown beyond a few subscribers I do still have some advice that I hope will be of use to you.
Obviously the key is to make your videos as professional and high quality as possible, which I can tell you are trying to do. I can see that you are using some kind of trial program or something at the moment, I'm assuming that's why the Vegas logo keeps popping up in your videos. I'm sure you know this already but you definitely want to have that removed as soon as possible as it can be distracting for viewers. I understand that it might take some time to save up to buy editing/capture software so perhaps look at some options that don't impose watermarks, you may need to do some actual research but a quick search brought up this
http://www.screenrecordings.com for screen capture.
I noticed you have a video intro with your name which is great, very professional!
The only negative thing I would say is that you maybe want something a little shorter, mine for example is only two seconds long and while eight/nine seconds doesn't seem like a particularly long time, and it may not be for your subscribers but it is long enough for new viewers to potentially lose interest. I haven't done the research but my general impression is that a gaming audience wants to get to the content as quickly as possible without too much waiting around.
Another tip in relation to this would be to show a quick 5-10 second clip at the beginning of the video, (just after your video intro) that highlights some of the best content within your video, like a teaser to get people hooked so to speak, this can be a great way of grabbing a viewers attention rather than just going straight into an intro and saying your name and what game you'll be playing etc.
Another thing I wanted to mention is video length, I think especially as you're just starting out, ideally you want to keep your videos a bit shorter say somewhere around ten minutes, if you record for longer you can break up the session into more parts/episodes which is great as it gives you more videos or better yet, learn how to smoothly edit out any of the parts that aren't as entertaining, keeping just the best parts.
Finally, check your audio levels carefully whilst editing, some bits of your commentary are a little quiet and could be made louder so that you can be heard more clearly over the game sounds/background music. I have problems with this myself and usually watch back my edited recording several times to try and make sure it comes together. Also I find with my editing software I have to make my voice audio louder than seems comfortable as uploading to YouTube seems to bring down the audio levels, well for me at least. Just something to bear in mind.
I'm sorry if this seems like a lot of negative points, I think it's great that you've started a channel and you seem to be doing well, don't lose the enthusiasm and keep at it.
All the best.
