How To Fix A Dying Channel With Inactive Subscribers

I'm in a similar boat. I recently decided (and announced on my channel) to put out 2 videos every week. It'll be a task because I work full time, have another channel, and I'm getting married in a few months. But it's the only way. You've gotta deliver. If this is what you want, you need to work your donkey off for it.
