I believe I hit the 1K subscriber mark in year 2. It took me a year to get to 100 subscribers. I am poised to hit 5K subscribers in a few months after being at it for 4+ years. It has been slow growth for me but it's fine. If I was in this thing for the fame I would have quit a long time ago.
