Getting more views??

Hey everyone!

New to this forum and thought I would reach out to the community and ask you guys how to get more views on youtube?

A little backstory...my girlfriend and I have a channel called "Us Two", we are a vlog channel and post 2 videos a week. Our videos range in views from 30-30k, thats a huge range and very inconsistent as well.

When uploading videos, we make sure the title, tags and thumbnail are all relative to the video. My question is...how come other vloggers with similar content get thousands of views, when ours get so little? Our most popular video is approaching 31,000 views and the second popular is approaching 7,000 views. (Why aren't all our videos getting those views??)

If anyone can help, we would greatly appreciate it!

looking at your channel, your tags are very minimal and your audience interaction (in terms of comments) is also very minimal. the most viewed video of yours has a clickbait-y title and interesting, engaging thumbnail, whereas the others seem very bland in comparison. it seems that the lowercase, grammatically correct title rather than TITLE SCREAMING FOR ATTENTION does better.

as i don't know your retention on the video, i couldn't comment on how many people clicked on that vlog which has been obviously featured somewhere to gain such a sudden boost has been doing in terms of people continuing to watch more content, but i'd focus on seo and generating an audience rather than subscribers (which seem very inactive).
